This workshop recognizes the need for EDO's to understand the various financial planning realities faced by Nations and the complex array of projects that are competing for limited funds. How can a Nation plan for the prioritization and financing of projects that involve a combination of funding sources such as trusts, corporate earnings, borrowing and grants.
